How long to cook BBQ chicken breasts, bone-in?

How long and what temperature are best for BBQ chicken breasts with bone? Should I start them upside down? Do I add the BBQ sauce in the beginning or at the end? Thanks!

1. always add Q sauce at the end, or it will burn, as it's got a lot of sugar in it. Are you Qing outside on a grill? If so, med heat, light one side ofyour grill but place chicken on the other, unlit side, close lid, and it'll take about an hour. Flip chicken evern 15-20 min. Sauce when there's 15 min left, OR just serve sauce warmed at the table. In oven, 350ºF for about 40 min. Sauce at lst 5 min or so.
2. grilling, add at end.start meaty side down. takes about 45 minutes on the grill. oven or crockpot you can add sauce at beginning. oven-350 for one hour. c.p.-low 6-8 hours.
