Why cant I buy granulated manure other than Poultry?

I look around the garden section of my large hardware store and the only granulated manure is Poultry. Why cant I buy granulated, sheep, horse and cow manure?

1. There is no way to granulate sheep, horse, cow manure..it is filled with fiber of grasses and other plants...It could be chopped, but to what end?
