I am about to grill buffalo wings. How do I know when the chicken is done? How long should they grill?

1. They are done when the internal temperature is about 175 degrees F. The juices should run clear as well. Wings take about twenty minutes or so to grill.
2. Use a thermometer if you have one, or wait until the juices run clear, or cut into one--chicken is white when it is cooked.
3. When you poke into them the juices should run clear, not pink.
