Can you cook chicken wings in a roasting pan?

1. I'm a vegetarian myself, but I would guess that you can. Make sure that you cook it well though because you can get salmonella poisoning.
2. I usually cook bbq chicken wing in my roaster. It is like marinating them in bbq sauce while cooking them. Just put them in and let them cook slow and long, almost 4 hours.
3. Sure, u can pan fry it..just flip it every now and then...the results are about the same as oven roasting. I particularly love the browned skin u get from pan frying..
