18. Dear Tara, No never it is good to do anything at 01-56am. It is not only what, how and where you cook do anything, but it requires natural energy to finish the process completely. That is Sun Shine, Sun's radiation. So please do all works needing some tranformation during day time, between Sun Rise and Sun set.
