Casserole Barbecued Chicken (6 Servings) Ingredients 1750g chicken (cut in pieces) 60g flour 2 tablespoons salt 60 ml olive oil 1 medium sized onion (sliced) 100g chopped celery 50g minced green pepper 200g tomato sauce 250 ml water 2 tablespoons worcester sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 tablespoon pepper 1 can of corn Action a. Mix flour with salt. b. Dip chicken pieces into the flour, and fry in hot oil until golden brown. c. Remove chicken to casserole. d. Pour in 2 tablespoons oil from skillet, when necessary. e. Add onion to oil, sauté until golden, and tender. f. Add celery and the rest of the ingredients, accept corn. g. Pour over chicken and chill. h. Just 2 hours before serving, heat oven. i. Bake chicken with cover in 177°C or 350°F oven, for 50 minutes. j. Add corn and bake covered 25 minutes longer, until tender. Easy Chicken Casserole Ingredients 1 roasting chicken 1 thin slice of bacon Onions (boiled for 10 minutes) Action a. Cut the chicken in several pieces. b. Wash and wipe dry. c. Place the chicken in the casserole, and cover the breasts with the bacon. d. Place around it the onions. e. Cove closely. f. After a while add a little water, when necessary. g. Cook slowly from 2 to 3 hours according to the size, of the chicken. h. Make a gravy from the fat in the casserole. Easy Chicken in Oysters Ingredients 1 roasting chicken A Little bacon Salt and pepper 250 ml water 200g oysters 200g cream (reserve 1 tablespoon) 1 tablespoonful of flour Action a. Cut the chicken in serving pieces. b. Wash and wipe dry. c. Brown in a little bacon. d, Place in a casserole and season with salt and pepper. e. Add water and let cook 1 hour or until tender. f. Add oysters and cream. g. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. h. Soften the flour with the cream, and stir that into sauce. i. Cook for 10 minutes and serve. I hope you like them.
