  1. Get McCormick Original or BBQ Buffalo Wings Seasoning mix. Directions are on the back. They are awesome. If you have a grill they are much better on the grill than in the oven. Good Luck! Hope he likes them.
  2. It difficult to clean wings so I'd suggest you buy the cleaned ones. Then marinate them as long as possible (minimum 3 hours maximum over night) with tabasco sauce, garlic, oil and salt) On a baking tray, spray oil and bake the wings for about 25 minutes at 400F. Mix them with BBQ sauce (for 10 wings 3/4 of cup of BBQ sauce) and bake them for 10 more minutes at 350F. Your ready to serve. BTW, its a very nice thing that you're doing.
  3. grilling- layer of tin foil over grill, spray the foil with pam or coat in oil but the wings on the layer then coat the wings in sauce ( bbq and garlic butter is an awesome one) turn every 5 or so min for about 30 minutes - heat level med/high oven coat in sauce and broil for 20 min
  4. Sprinkle red tabasco sauce all over the wings. Dip them in shake and bake barbecue mix. Bake them according to directions on the package on a cookie sheet or in the microwave. Hot and juicy - everyone loves these.
  5. Just go to the Aisle in the store that has ketchup, bbq sauce, and stuff. Look through all of them and find one for chicken wings or just a sauce that looks good to you. Also, if you buy a frozen pack of chicken wings they sometimes will have recipes on them for sauces.
  6. For starters deep fry the wings For your sauce: 2-3 bottles Louisiana hot sauce 1/2-3/4 stick of butter honey garlic powder put the hot sauce in a bowl. Melt the butter and add it. The honey isnt added for flavor it is used to get rid of the venegar twang from the hot sauce so add it until you cant taste the vinegar. Add a few shakes of garlic powder. If he likes them spicier add a 1/2 to one teaspoon of cayene pepper. After the wings are fried put the wings in the sauce and shake. Serve them hot.
  7. Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings -- INGREDIENTS oil for deep frying 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup hot sauce 1 dash ground black pepper 1 dash garlic powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 10 chicken wings DIRECTIONS Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving. In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes. Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Sweet and Gooey Chicken Wings -- INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings DIRECTIONS In a 9x13 inch casserole, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, ginger, and garlic powder. 8. My husband loves BBQ chicken wings. Wash 'em put them on a flat pan. (I cover it with aluminum foil for easier cleaning.) cover with BBQ sauce and pop 'em in the oven on 350 for 20-30 mins depending on your oven. Done when you see no pink on the inside on the chicken. Does that help?
