Why are Pro-Lifers hell bent on reducing women to incubators?
Mothers GIVE the gift of life. If a woman is FORCED to bring a baby to term, it isn't much of a gift, now is it?

- Sorry not really following on this one.
- no one forced her to drop knicks (well unless they did, which is a different matter)
- Who says they are? Mothers don't give the gift of life - God does. And, as you've stated the word life, one must assume a pre-born infant is a living being so, to terminate its' growth is terminating its' life which, according to God and society, is murder. As far as I'm aware, there isn't a law requiring females to have sex under circumstances which invite an unwanted pregnancy.
- Pro life folks reject cheap sex, cheap relationships, and cheap people that use abortion as a birth control method. I have never heard a conservative stae or imply that women are incubators.
- Well for starters, murdering an innocent child is never right. Second, if you feminists state that a man must take responsibility for not keeping his pants on, then it goes without saying that a woman must take responsibility as well and in doing so, does not kill an unborn child.
- It is still a gift to the baby. It still gets to live. Her body is still giving it life even if she'd rather it was sucked out of her. The baby is still a human life with value. Whether the mother wants it or not doesn't change that fact. If I gave someone my laptop, would it still be a gift to them even if I did it because I was forced? You betcha it would! PS, it isn't about reducing the woman in any way. If you ask me, abortion reduces a woman.
- Because they think it's their divine right to control everybody and rule the world. They're like the Nazi Party. If they had it their way, they'd start practicing eugenics and putting non-Christians into concentration camps.
- So, basically, you are saying that we want to force surrogacy on these women, like they did in the slaves days. The things that the American culture forced upon the slaves were atrocious acts of inhumanity. To force anyone to do anything against their will is a direct attack on their freedoms. I am concerned, however, that the government has seen fit to sanction the termination of life as an alternative . Lives are sacrificed so that older, more mature lives can escape the inconveniences that sometimes accompany the pleasures of a sexual lifestyle. In my opinion, our freedoms can only be exercised until they impede upon the freedoms of others. Women who become impregnated, by consequence of their actions, are not naive to the fact that pregnancy is a natural bi-product of intercourse. Besides cases that involve rape and incest(http://www.lifesitenews.com/ldn/2006/sep/06090702.html), these women have made a choice to engage in an activity infamous for perpetuating new life. No one forces these women be sexually active. As far as it being a gift, yes it is a gift to the child who gets to live. Allowing a mother to take life causes more damage than good. Many women end up being psychologically scarred for the rest of their lives because the realize, too late, what it was that they actually did.
- Well, if they don't want to have babies they could always try using contraception. It always worked for me.
- They can't stand the fact that women can and do actually enjoy having sex with no intention of reproducing. They only want women to have sex when they're married and they must have it freqently and not use birth control. Oh, and they can't like it either but they have to pretend they're enjoying it to please their husbands.
