I'm trying to find out what kind of potatoes church's chicken uses?

I love them even when they're cold. I have been unable to find anything on the internet. Since I live alone I only use instant except when I make a boiled dinner. Anybody in the know? I've used Von's, Idahoan amongst others. I find von's has the best taste but it still isn't like church's. I'm still looking. Thank you.

1. I guess you mean the mash potatoes otherwise you would have said french fries. I do not know what they use by if they are instant and not the real thing (Boston Market once made their own) Chances are they are from Idahoan. As they are the premier provider of this type product. Sold in Supermarkets everywhere.
