need suggestions about hatching duck eggs?

so im doing a lil documentary and need to know what is the most reliable and cheapest incubator i can get? id prefer one with a fan and an egg turner. because im afraid id screw it up.

  1. when i was little in kentucky we always put them in a sock and tied the sock to the a ordinary lamp and they always hatched every summer and you don't need all the fancy stuff

  3. do not know much about it, but i do know you need to turn them every so often. like once a day.
  4. We used a little giant turner last year for chickens. It would also do ducks. If you have enough eggs your odds will be better. The little giant ones will hold at least 20 duck eggs. They are made of styrofoam and cost about $40 you can get a turner for it but of course it costs extra $20? We just marked a 1 on one side and 2 on the other and turned them to the other side AM and PM.
