  1. Add some water to it, or butter..
  2. Mix with some sour cream.
  3. Warm some of the hot sauce in a sauce pot or small pan.Add a little water, butter and a couple of teaspoons of sugar(I prefer brown sugar) and/or honey. Mix it well, taste it to be sure it's right, then toss with the chicken. I sometimes add a tablespoon of bar b q sauce to flavor my wings.
  4. Try spreading it out over the wings (less sauce) or use butter to dilute it (try 1/4 stick of butter to 3/4 cup of sauce). Don't add lemon pepper, which will actually amp up the heat factor. Lemon juice will add acidity, which will actually burn more though it may not actually increase the spiciness. I normally start with Frank's red hot sauce and add peppers; it's somewhat mild to me so if you've got a hot sauce with a heat index of 7 or more try adding about 2 teaspoons to Frank's (or whichever cayenne sauce you prefer). Next time, look at the coloring of the sauce: if it's very thick and dark, it's likely to be very hot. If it's bright red, oily, and/or liquidy, then it's probably not going to be very hot.
  5. traditional way is to dilute with butter. don't add sour cream or any of that other crap if you want traditional wings. Dip in blue cheese dressing and serve with celery an carrots. Coping with the heat is part of the fun.
  6. a less caloric way is to add Ketchup and redwine vineger in equal parts...
  7. Try carrot juice.
  8. Well seeing that it's too spicy you wouldn't want to add any more acid in it as it will make it spicer. You would definitely need a good base and butter is a good option. Although, buttermilk would be a better option.
