  1. I say just go to your local farm and ranch store, they should be able to help. God bless I hope everything works out for you and the chicks.
  2. First of all, mother hens do not feed the chicks, the chicks are self-sufficient as soon as they hatch. The mother's job is done when the eggs hatch. Feed the mother whatever she normally eats. Separate the chicks so that the adult chicken(s) do not eat their food, and so you can regulate the temperature. Feed the chicks starter chick crumbles from the feed store. Also give them a water dish. Here is more detailed info: http://www.ehow.com/how_2097688_feed-baby-chicks.html Sara You can contact me if you have questions. It is not spelled baby's. It is babies.
  3. I have a bird so you sould use ether cerial or sunflower seeds it what my little baby bird likes you should a least try ti.
  4. You don't say what kind ok chicks they are so i assume they are chicken chicks if they are you need to feed them chick crumb and the mother hen her usual corn and pellets. They will fed themselves she will encourage them by peaking at the food. Good luck.
  5. Corn you no the corn the the corn yea?
  6. All you need to do is keep providing them with the food you originally fed the mother. She'll take care of feeding her chicks, along with feeding herself. There are other things that you can give them as treats that can also enhance their feathers and their health, such as mealworms, and you can find those are your local pet store. Good luck!
