Quick dinner meals can you list some, casseroles, pastas, chicken etc?

Can someone post some quick dinner ideas from pastas, chicken dishes, easy casseroles, etc I can make for a whole week for my fiancee? I am not the best cook when it comes to thinking up something, but I CAN cook well. Thx all.

  3. Spaghetti with garlic bread is quick and easy. So is just about any pasta dish except lasagna. Stir fry with rice. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes. One of my favourites is rice cooked in a tin of stewed tomatoes, a tin of beans, and some sausage and salsa thrown in.
  4. Don't forget that you can get precooked meats of all types at your supermarket in the cold section. Roast beef, pork chops, baked ham, meatloaf, chicken, and many more. They come in sealed packages and can be held in the refrigerator for long periods of time. Dates are on the packages. Just add canned veggies for side dishes. Ask a clerk to help you find these wonderful sealed precooked meats. The frozen dinners are very good.   5. garlic bread, pasta, boiled breast chicken meat, meatloaf, corn bread, roast beef, stew, mac and cheese, sandwich, chicken noodle soup, and salads (potato, pasta, regular salad, Italian)

Try using: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or 2 thick pork chops 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup 2 cups egg noodles( uncooked) Spray baking dish with Pam add 1/2 of the soup, put in the meat, cover with remaining soup. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Remove foil, add 1/2 cup water, stir noodles into soup. Recover and bake til noodles are done. about 20 minutes more.
  7. I have a healthy whole grain recipe for rice. It can make a lot so you can have it for a few days - it's good for lunches too. Add hamburger or veggie crumbles (meatless substitute) to make it a meal. I've linked the recipe below. It's also inexpensive. I got the idea when I read an article from a chef, he said he makes a large batch of whole grain rice each week, then adds his favorite seasonings and vegetables to make a meal. I like it, and have fixed it for others with good comments.

Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining chow mein noodles. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until hot. NOTE: *Golden Mushroom with Sliced Mushrooms Soup can be substituted for the Cream of Mushroom soup OR Chicken Rice soup can be substituted for the Cream of Chicken soup.* *THIS 10 Minute casserole is GOOD! GOOD! GOOD!* ********************************************************************************** Hot Dog Casserole You take hot dogs and cut them up. Add in mixed vegetables, chopped onion, tator tots, and a cheese sauce. Pour into casserole dish and bake until done. ***If you do not want cheese sauce, you can add in a can of undiluted creamed soup of your choice.*** **********************************************************************************
