Are Tandoori chicken, grill chicken and all other grilled items considered fast food? Are they health?

I see lot of grilled food in fast food restaurants like Tandoori chicken, grill chicken, kabab etc. I find that most of thes things are prepared in the Tandoor or some kind of bhatti so I don't see much use of oil in this. So I guess this should be healthy? Please let me know if these foods constitute as healthy or not.

  1. they need not be healthy always because it depends on the chef who prepares then.what type of ingridents they use?what type of oil they use?some use colour in tandoori masala to make it more attractve and tempting!!!They r known as barbique or grill.
  2. grilled chicken breast is obviously healthy
  3. some might not be as the marinades used could be high in fats or sugars.
  4. generally speaking they are healthier options than fried food or those coated with marinade or sauce. its normally the side dishes that consitute the unhealthy part of a meal
