If I'm going to cook chicken wings in the oven at 400 degress, how long should they cook for?
I don't need any recipes or anything; just a number of minutes. Thank you!

- If the oven is preheated to 400 , depending on the type of oven but around 25 minutes. You should check it after 20 and wait until they have taken a slightly toasted colour.
- About 14-16 min.............
- Check them after 10-12 minutes, and then every 3minutes thereafter, since that temp is a little higher, it won't take long, and the skin of the chicken will be more crispy than soft.
- I would recommend that you cook it on a lower temp so that the chicken cooks properly on the inside. If the temp is too high , it will be burned on the outside and undercooked in the inside.I recommend 350 deg for about 40 mins.Turn after 20 mins
- probably need a total of about 45 min or so - I would put them in for 20 minutes, turn, then see how much more they need.
- I cook wings in the oven all the time, but usually at a lower temp, say 350. I use the Perdue wings, so they're kind of big. In a pre-heated oven, I'd cook them for 1/2 hour on one side, turn them, then give them another 30-40 minutes. They won't burn, trust me.
