- Deep fry them, then toss them into a combination of hot sauce and butter. That's how it's done. I love Frank's Red Hot Sauce too ^.^
- I agree 100% with the other girl who answered above me. That's the BEST way! Use Frank's hot sauce!
- I roast mine in the oven, chopped garlic salt and pepper and soya sauce cover with tin foil when they have cooked for 45 min i drain the juice off skim off the grease ,then i mix the juice with 1/2 cup honey with 1/4 cup soya sauce 1tbsp lemon ,pinch of ginger blend all and pour over wings and continue to roast with out foil until crispy.serve. if you choose you can sprinkle with chopped green onions or do not use the honey and soya sauce mix but put bbq sauce on them instead . 350
- Franks all the way melt alittle butter and Franks and BBQ them soooo yummy
- This is how I make my wings. You can bake off a whole bunch first and use as you want them or put them in the fryer strait from the oven. Some people like to put the wings in the fryer raw but then they worry so much about the wing being burned on the outside and still raw in the center. This solves that problem. When making wings I like to bake them first then fry them. Cut the tips off then cut at the next joint. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes or until they are done. You can add them to the sauce of your choice now or fry them for about 2-3 minutes to get them real nice and crispy, drain the toss in your sauce. Also I like to bake mine first because then I can keep some in the fridge and/or freezer and then just drop them in hot oil to warm and crisp up. To make hot sauce. Here in the US there is a brand that is pretty common to start with. It is Franks Red Hot, doctor it up a bit and you end with with a good sauce. Here is how I doctor mine up. 1 big bottle franks 1/2 cup butter 1-2 tablespoons itailian seasoning 1-2 cloves grated garlic-optional Heat in sauce pan. I like to cool mine to about room temp then put it in food processor until it cools a little more. This makes it combine better for reheating. This also keeps well in an air tight conatiner in the fridge. `````````````````````````````
- wash and clean the chicken then you season it with garlic salt, seasoning salt, lemon salt, pepper, then you let the chicken set in1/2 cup of milk beat an egg let set for 30 minutes.then put about 2 cups of cooking oil in a skillet let the oil get hot not smoking hot you can test the oil by allowing some of the flour drop in the pan .if the flour start cooking then you know the oil is ready.then you flour the chicken with self-rising flour.fold the wings under.add 2 tablespoon of butter to your oil.then place chicken in pan cook for 25 minutes.turn the meat over every 2minutes until it brown on both sides turn heat down about 1/2 way you don't want to cook to fast nor to slow.just let the meat fry without let the oil soak in the meat.
- here it is Ingredients * About 4 chicken wings per person, or 8 pieces from a bag of frozen party wings. * Cooking Oil * Grated Parmesan Cheese * Bottled Barbecue Sauce # If using fresh chicken wings, cut them apart and discard the tips. If using frozen party wings, simply take desired amount from the bag; no need to thaw. # Heat about 1/2 inch of cooking oil in skillet and brown the wings on all sides, frying until fully cooked. # Place cooked wings in a large bowl or pan, and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese, using an amount that would be a little more than the amount of salt you would ordinarily use for this amount of chicken, but salt is not needed in this recipe. Shake wings around in the bowl to distribute the grated cheese. # After all the wings have been fried, and sprinkled with cheese, pour on a sufficient amount of barbecue sauce to coat all the wings. Shake the wings around in the bowl again to distribute the sauce. # Place the wings on a flat baking pan, and heat in 450 degree oven for about 5-8 minutes.
