- i simply marinate the meat with BBQ sauce.. PEACE =D
- I don't know .. just eat it ..ha ha
- not eating meat now.
- same as how you do it,but with MSG
- if its in formal occasion , or when my mom-in-law is staying, got no choice but to do a more proper roasted chiken properly - shallots and garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, mixed herbs (coriander, cumin and fennel), HP brown sauce, dash of L&P sauce, lemon grass, salt and sugar, and marinate it overnight. Phewww..... but if its just for a usual dinner (2 of us), i just do the simplified version: - Soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, salt n pepper. and they taste the same anyway....
- get a chef
- walaweiihh.. my fav nyum nyum ! for me :: Fried - garlic,ginger,lengkuas,lime,salt. Roast - honey,salt,a bit sugar,soy sauce(kicap manis cap kipas udang),garlic,some herbs and pepper. BBQ - honey,soy sauce(kicap manis cap kipas udang),black pepper,salt + BBQ sauce.
