What is really being said in the subtitled, japanese Robot Chicken dvd commercial?

i can understand japanese well enough to know that whats being said has absolutely nothing to do with the subtitle. Particularly because they say "hot dogs and hamburgers" in part of it.

1. I can't make the entire message out, but it has something to do with December 7th and some sort of anniversary, there's also the mention of a monkey named, I believe, "Bush-san." Very mysterious stuff. The DVD, by the way, is quite good.
