Having trouble with Farm Life on Nintendo DS?

Can anyone help? I get as far as buying the animals then can't put them into their homes. I am ok as far as buying the animals until the man asks where i want him to put the item. I have put the picture of the animal over the barn or coop and touch the tick with the stylus or press the A button. and nothing happens. Earlier, I managed to get one cow and one goat into their barns by chance, but don't know how. Now I am trying to buy some chickens, but although I have tried several times, no go. i have made sure the glove is in the box from the tool shed and have tried pressing the other buttons including L and R. Can anyone stop me climbing the wall, across the ceiling and down the other side wall? If not can anyone tell me how to contact ubisoft support team as this seems impossible too. Have tried several different email addresses. Thank you. Have read instruction booklet several times

1. look have you looked at the instructions
2. The problem might be that you bought more than one animal of one species at a time. In that case, for example if you bought 6 cows, you have to touch the barn with the stylus 6 times and only after that you can press the tick button.
