Anybody got a good chinese chicken wings recipe?
I need a recipe for chinese chicken wings - but it can't have any alchohol in it and it needs to be baked chicken wings.

- just marinate wings with soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. then bake as usual

- its not necessarily chinese per say but its good.....just marinade your wing with orange juice for about 30 mins then drain. then sprinkle a generous amount of chinese 5 spice powder and give it a good mix....then bake........EASY!!!!!
- Korean Sesame Chicken Wings 1½ lbs. chicken wings, cut in half and tips removed 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 3/4 tsp salt, optional 2 Tbsp. sugar 1½ tsp sesame seeds, toasted 1 clove garlic, minced 1 scallion, chopped 1 egg, beaten 2 Tbsp. soy sauce ½ cup peanut oil, for frying Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients, except oil in a bowl. Add chicken, turn to coat, cover and marinate wings in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight. Remove wings, pat dry and discard marinade. Deep fry about 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Chinese Chicken Wings 3 dozen chicken wings 3 cups water 1 cup soy sauce 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup oyster sauce 1/2 cup white grape juice 1. Mix all ingredients together except for chicken wings. 2. Preheat oven to 350F. 3. Place chicken wings in baking dish and pour over mixture. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. 5. Serve with plenty of napkins.
