how much do you think it will cost to build a chicken house with an add on run for 6 chickens?

i want to get an idea of about how much it will cost to build a chicken house with add on run like the Rothwell design with the coop above the ground and an area for them to roam around on the ground below and in front of the coop? i already briefly added it up and got that it will cost around $200 to $300 to build it from brand new material from Lowe's ( plywood sheets and 2x4's) and i know that the wire will cost about $25, so if you think that you have an idea for 6 chickens then please answer and tell me how much you think it will cost. thanks for reading and answering

2. Your estimate seems reasonable but let me give you some ideas. Try going by construction sites. You can pick up LOTS of scraps that they are going to throw away. Go by a lumber company and see if they have what they call a Cull Bin. This may be material that has a broken corner,something that has been miscut etc. Often times they will just give it to you. They often times have materials left over from one supplier that when they switched to another supplier and they don't have enough of the old supplier materials to work with a project etc. One of my son's work at a Lumber Yard and this is how I got most of the materials and I was able to put inside walls in my hen house and it really helps keep it warmer in the winter. (paneling sheets worked wonderfully). Good Luck
