How to hatch a fertile chicken egg if I don't have incubator?
My uncle gifted me 4 fertile chicken eggs but i don't know how to hatch an egg as I don't have incubator and I can't buy it for some reasons! Can anyone of you have any experience in this? Should I try it by keeping it between some warms clothes?? waiting for answers!

- By now, they are probably useless anyway. Without an incubator, you are not going to have any luck, and they have been below temp for long enough right now that you might as well toss them. They would not even be good to eat at this point.
- They need to be kept at about 100 degrees and turned 2-4 times a day. I don't think keeping them between some clothes will work. Without something to keep the constant temperature, you're not going to have much luck.
- impossible.. you need to keep it at 98 degrees - so without an incubator OR a broody hen - they wont hatch - you can buy really small incubators for $20 at least here in Canada you can .. you will also need a heat lamp for rearing them later if they hatch - I keep my chicks in the house ina rabbit cage with a heat lamp here is a site on chickens as pets http://www.gomestic.com/Pets/Unusual-Pets-Chickens.76299 get an incubator!!!
- I designed one in a cardboard box 16 inches high X 10 X 10 lined with aluminum foil, a small dish of water in the bottom, a wire shelf midway up with a thermometer, a 60 watt bulb at the top with the top removable and a small hole in a bottom side.
