How do you build an cockatiel egg incubator? Please or they're going to die!?

I need it RIGHT NOW! The mum and dad don't belong to me. i was looking after them. owners don;t want em! The mum and dad don't belong to me. i was looking after them. owners don;t want the eggs!

1. Were the eggs fertilized? If so, whats wrong with the mom and dad? Why are they not taking care of them? Ok, in that case, If they were fertilized before they gave them to you, I would just put them in a box on something soft and put a lamp over it to keep it warm at least for now. I am sure there is something better you can do but for now, I would right away do that. I never had eggs without the parents to care for them but I do know they need to be kept warm.
2. You need a certain temperature so it doesn't over heat the eggs. You must provide moisture so the heat does not dry out the eggs. See below for a homemade lovebird/cockatiel incubator. http://members.cox.net/lovetiels/incubator.html
