  1. If you own a crock pot you can through them in there with just some barbecue sauce and after a few hours you will have a delicious chicken!
  2. try soy ginger and honey Or concentrated frozen orange juice and red pepper
  3. defrost your chicken make sure that it is boneless and skinless start by making a rub of salt, and pepper, you can add chili powder or paprika if you like. Using smart balance, butter, or margarine brown the chicken thighs. In a separate small pot or skillet put a scoop of smart balance mix in until melted with the juice of 2 lemons. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f, place each thigh on a sheet of foil pour marinade on top of chicken and some rinds of the lemon, cover and bake for about 30 minutes towards the last 5 minutes of cooking open the foil to let the chicken brown. serve with jasmine rice and broccoli and salad, pour the butter marinade on rice, or serve with salad and mashed potatoes! Enjoy
  4. Defrost your chicken Dip them in lite Italian Dressing (If you use this kind, it's thicker) Take cracker crumbs with italian seasoning and garlic powder in it. Dip the Dressing covered chicken in the crumbs. Fry the chicken in a pan of hot oil. You can eat these as chicken strips and then make fries or veggies. I like to make pasta and spaghetti sauce and eat them with that.
  5. Season the thighs with salt and pepper, place in a baking dish. Saute one medium onion, sliced thin in 1 tbsp butter. Layer over the top of the thighs. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika over all, add 1 cup water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove chicken to a plate, combine 2 tbsp. cornstarch with 1/2 cup sour cream and stir into juices in the pan, cook while stirring until thickened. Pour over chicken, serve with buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.
  6. This is good and something different, but simple and yummy! Add sherry, poultry seasoning and 1/8 teaspoon of the pepper; mix well. Add bread crumbs and bacon; mix well. Place chicken thighs, skin side down, on flat surface. Spread each thigh with 2 tablespoons of the bread crumb mixture; roll up and fasten with wooden picks. Place thighs seam side down in single layer in shallow baking dish. Brush lightly with remaining 1 tablespoon bacon drippings; sprinkle with garlic salt and remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 7 minutes. Reduce oven setting to 350 degrees; bake until chicken is golden and fork-tender, about 45 minutes longer. Enjoy! Good Luck!!
