Does anyone have a good recipe for chicken casserole?
I'd like to try it.

- cook some white rice add peas and carrots once cooked brown up chicken put rice baking pan add chicken then cover with 2 cans cream soup bake it for 30 minutes

- Cinnamon-Roasted Chicken With Harissa Sauce SERVES 12 (change servings and units) Ingredients * 1 cup olive oil * 1/4 cup ground cinnamon * 1 tablespoon salt * 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper * 1 teaspoon sugar * 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves * 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs * harissa Directions Mix first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Place chicken breasts and thighs in 2-gallon resealable plastic bag. Pour oil mixture over; seal bag. Turn bag to coat chicken with marinade. Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 475°F Transfer chicken to rimmed baking sheet, shaking off marinade. Skin side up roast until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Warm the chicken broth in a pan with the Harissa until hot. Serve with Harissa Sauce.
- EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 4-6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks Cheddar cheese, American or Monterey Jack, shredded (enough to cover chicken in casserole dish) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 can milk Bread crumbs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chunks of chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese across chicken until covered. Mix 1 can soup with 1/4 can milk in bowl. Pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs across top and dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over noodles or rice.
- is it ok if its fattening? 1 bag of egg noodles 4 chicken breast cut up..ive also used a rotisserie chicken. 2 cans of crm of chicken soup 1/2 cup of milk small container of sour cream 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese. 1 layer of cooked noodles then layer with wet ingredients then some cheese then some chicken keep layering and top off with a bag of Lays potato chips you have crunched ... bake at 350 for around 30 to 45 minutes...til its hot and bubbly ps my kids arent good with veggies you can add a can of mixed vegetables in with it.
- I love casseroles and us the weather changes to cooler they are my favorite meals along with nice soups made from scratch. Here is one of my favorite casseroles with chicken. 1 chicken cut in small pieces and all visible fat removed 1/4 cup olive oil 1 large onion sliced 2 cloves garlic chopped 1/2 cup red wine (good quality) 1 cun crushed tomato's salt and pepper to taste a dash of sugar 2 cups of long grain rice 4 cups hot water In a heavy pot add oil and saute onion and garlic for a few min. add chicken and cook for 5 more min. in med. heat. Deglaze with the wine add your tomato's salt and pepper and water to cover. Cook for 20 min. in med. heat,transfer to an oven proof pan add rice and hot water adjust seasonings and cook in the oven at 350 for 20-25 min. This is so easy and satisfying for the whole family,real food,comfort food.. I also like to use pasta like orzo or elbow macaroni.
- this is the one I use : take a can of sue bee chicken , then add frozen mixed veggies and one can of cream of chicken soup ,and put into a casserole dish and add crushed pringles to the top of the casserole . Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or untill the chips turn brown . good luck and it is delish .

Melt the butter in a frying-pan. b. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. c. Arrange it in hot frying pan and cook 10 minutes, turning so as to brown evenly. d. Add lemon grass, continue cooking 10 minutes longer. e. Arrange chicken in a hot casserole with slices of onion, salt, and broth to cover. f. Cover casserole and simmer in oven until chicken is tender. g. Remove chicken, strain liquor. Ingredients B 50g butter 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons curry powder (fried till fragrant) 500 ml liquor (strained) 100g current jelly Salt Action a. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and mix with curry powder, and stir until smooth. b. Add liquor, currant jelly, and salt to season. c. Turn half of sauce into casserole, arrange chicken over sauce and cover with the remaining sauce. d. Serve in casserole. Note: You may serve boiled rice with curried chicken. Happy cooking!
