What happens to the rest of the chicken once the wings are harvested?

There is a huge amount of chicken wings being sold daily in America - millions a month by some local restaurant chains alone. What happens to the rest of the chicken from which the wings come from - how is it used; cat food, chicken salad?

After the thigh and chicken wings are taken away, the rest usually are thrown away. Here are the parts of the chicken that are used: Thigh (including the anus) Wings Feet (Chinese food) The head is thrown away.

It is eaten. Chicken wing used to be the stuff of dog food, but people who wanted to see more of the chicken go for a higher price tried to popularize chicken wings as a main dish. This obviously succeeded. There is still of lot of chicken eaten. Now, most of the dog food that is chicken flavored gets the meat and flavor from the entrails and the gizzards, which are no longer as popular.
Actually cicken are able to go about pretty much normal lives after their wings are removed. After all they are then just stuffed into crates where they don''t have room to flap their wings any way, just to lay eggs for years to come.

chicken brest, chicken fingers, chicken nugs, pop corn chicken... I really dont think that they make animal food with human grown chickens. Maby KFC :P
