how would you prepare chicken to compliment cheesy hash-brown casserole?

i have thin cut, boneless skinless chicken breast and can't decide how i want to prepare them. and the casserole is the kind that has shredded, frozen hashbrowns, sour cream, cream chix soup, onion, cheddar cheese....baked. mmmm, can't wait till it's done! come on over, i'll have extras. i'm thinking about frying the chicken --- what do you think?

6. A friend of mine makes this! She cooks up the chicken and chops it up and put it in the casserole with the other stuff.
