What's the best way to season a chicken for a casserole?
I'm trying to do a recipe from Campbell's called Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole and I can season the chicken any way I want before sticking it in the over. What's the best way to season it and how? Any suggestions?

- A sprinkle of salt and pepper It doesn't need much more because of the soup mix and cheese added to the recipe.
- I would just do a simple salt and pepper seasoning or depending on your tastes if you like spicy, add some red pepper, if you like mexican add cumin, sweet and add some allspice... it's really up to you, I always smell the spices first to see if I think it would go with my dish... good luck!
- you should put cooking oil over the chicken that way the seasoning will stick to it.. seasoning(s) to try: thyme, pepper, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, coriander, dill & lemon
- I make that all the time-I sprinkle the chicken with Mrs. Dash

- Salt, pepper & garlic are the Holy Trinity of seasoning.
