  1. Buffalo wings! 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup louisiana hot sauce (more or less depending how how hot you want them) 1 dash pepper, Ground 1 dash garlic powder 1/2 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 10 chicken wings blue cheese or ranch style salad dressing celery, cut into sticks vegetable oil, for frying Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl. If the wings are frozen, be sure to defrost and dry them. Put the wings into a large bowl and sprinkle the flour mixture over them, coating each wing evenly. Put the wings in the refrigerator for 60 to 90 minutes. (This will help the breading to stick to the wings when fried.) Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees. You want just enough oil to cover the wings entirely -- an inch or so deep at least. Combine the butter, hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended. Put all the wings into the hot oil and fry them for 10 to 15 minutes or until some parts of the wings begin to turn dark brown. Remove the wings from the oil to a paper towel to drain. 9But don't let them sit too long, because you want to serve the wings hot. Quickly put the wings into a large bowl. Add the hot sauce and stir, coating all the wings evenly. You could also use a large plastic container with a lid for this. Put all the wings inside the container, add the sauce, put on the lid, then shake. Serve with Bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side. With the wings I'd serve French fries and your favorite veggie.
  2. Buffalo wings, of course:) ..... with Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing, celery & carrot sticks .... Steak fries .... sliced oranges
  3. mac & cheese, broccoli, & a tall glass of milk!!!
  4. well you could make a salad or mashed potatoes!!...to put on the side after you either fry or grill the chicken wings!
  5. We always eat them with white rice and like a salad. You are making me hungry! Yum :)
  6. fried chicken wings wash them, season with seasoning salt, put flour in a paper or plastic bag and chicken wings, shake and fry in hot oil on medium high heat until brown. . . one side then the other. Good Luck!
  7. fry the wings then cut up some onions then poor chicken gravy on top of your wings then the onions then bake for 30min and if you wont to make smothered potatoes.
  8. try friend wings in butter dip with bread crumbs with mash potato's and corn yummy
  9. How about chicken wing stew. Throw them in a large pot to fit how many you have, and add 1 can of Swanson chicken broth per every 6 wings, or apportionately. Then cut thin cross cuts of fresh carrots, celery, celery hearts and some leaves ( just a tad, don't go to heavy on the leaves.) Chop up some parsley and cilantro and an average size russet potato ( wash it but leave the skin ON ). Add another potato if it doesn't seem enough. Rather small pieces, you don't want to be eating soggy french fries here. Add a pinch of salt, some pepper and just simmer it for at least an hour..the smell you have you SALIVATING. Hour and half is what I would recommen..DO NOT BOIL, you're not making holy stew here...just on the verge of boiling is simmer. SIMPLE..HEALTHY..and what you have left over, (if any its that good) just gets better day after day..that's cuz the juices actually expel more flavor the longer everything sits together, just like marinating steak. How are the chickens doing with their wings...
  10. rosemary, lemon pepper, salt, a bit of olive oil toss all together fry on 1 in of oil accompany with ranch, cover w/ bbq sause or divide in 2 and do both side dishes: vegetables ( broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, all good)
  11. GRILLED DRUNKEN CHICKEN WINGS 3 lbs. chicken wings Marinade 3 T garlic powder 1 lg. onion, finely minced 3 T soy sauce 3 tsp. Worchestershire sauce 1/4 C olive oil 3 T honey 2 tsp. hot sauce, such as Tabasco® 1/2 C dark rum Prepare chicken wings by cutting off wing tips and separating the wing at the elbow joint (discard tips or save for making stock). Don't get intimidated at this process, it's very easy Then Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place wings into several extra large plastic zipper bags. Pour marinade over wings. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Grill wings over a medium-hot grill for about 8-10 minutes per side or until completely cooked and dark brown, carefully baste once or twice during cooking.
  12. Don't let the lack of barbecue sauce stop you.
