Any recipes for grilled chicken and pineapples?
Ok as of lately I have been having a craving for grilled chicken, but I think it would go good with grilled pineapple with it, and I was wondering if there are any recipes out there already that I could use. Thanks!

- i immediately thought of this one.. this is one of my favorite meals to make for my family. i really hope you try it!!! Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces 2 cups 1-1/2-inch fresh pineapple chunks 1 each: red and green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce 3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Using eight long wooden skewers (two, side-by-side, for each kabob), thread chicken alternately with pineapple and peppers onto skewers, to make four kabobs. Mix barbecue sauce and juice concentrate; brush some of the sauce mixture onto kabobs. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining sauce mixture. its pretty too: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3122/2661866795_8568342389.jpg?v=0
- I love grilled chicken and pineapple! I just grill my chicken and then baste with my favorite bbq sauce. At the same time, I grill wedges of fresh pineapple on the cooler portion of the grill. I don't put anything on the pineapple. The heat brings out the natural sugars. Here's my current favorite for all around bbq sauces - it replaced one I'd been using for over 30 years this past summer! Honey Barbecue Sauce from Taste of Home Ingredients: 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon molasses 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 1/8 teaspoon pepper Directions: In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Serve with chicken or pork. Yield: 1-1/3 cups. I don't bother to boil it. I just combine it all in a shaker jar and then keep it refrigerated!
- This is a really good one, I tried it and loved it. You can use canned pinapple if you dont have the ral thing, no worries! You can also use chicken breasts if you cant be bothered calving up a whole chicken. Ingredients: 1 large chicken cut in half with back removed 1/2 medium ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, coarsely chopped 2 jalapeƱo chilies, seeded, chopped (optional, I like it this way!) 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon grated lime peel 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons honey Preparation: Puree pineapple, jalapeƱos and garlic in blender until almost smooth. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, cilantro and lime peel and process until blended. Pour marinade into large glass baking dish. Before adding chicken place halves skin side up and smash breast area with palm of hand to flatten, then add chicken to dish, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight if possible. Prepare direct barbecue. Remove chicken from marinade, place on grill bone side down. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into small bowl. Whisk in honey. Brush mixture over chicken. Season chicken with salt and pepper. After about 15 minutes, turn chicken over, basting with honey marinade, turning frequently (be careful to not burn), until cooked through, about 30 minutes.
