What's the best way to make buffalo chicken wings in the oven?

- Put them in a deep pan with aluminum foil over them! You can check on them and flip them and stuff to make sure they are covered all over with sauce!! Yum Yum!
- Baked Buffalo Wings 1 lb chicken wings 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce 1 tablespoon margarine Fill a large pot half way with water and then add the first 4 ingredients. Bring water mixture and wings to a boil and then boil for 15 minutes. Transfer wings to an oven safe container coated with cooking spray. Bake wings on "Broil" for 15 minutes on each side.(For crispier wings, cook longer on each side, maybe 20 minutes per side). While waiting for wings, combine the Hot Sauce and Margarine in a microwave safe container and cook in microwave for 2 minutes or until melted. When wings are done, shake 'em up with the sauce and enjoy!
- if you want them hot, brush while cooking with a hot sauce. Bake on a tinfoil lined cookie sheet. BBQ? dip them in the sauce and baste while cooking (every 15 min) Remember to flip them. I'd bake at 400. Approx. 45 min. Depends on how crisp you want them. Breaded? dip them in buttermilk roll in seasoned bread crumbs or finely crushed cracker crumbs use seasoning of your choice. Bake as above but I like to brush with melted marg. to make them slightly crispy. NOTE: the ones you brush with sauce can also be done on the grill. med heat cook till no longer pink. approx 1/2 hr.

Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper. Heat oil in deep fryer to 370°. Fry wings in batches until crispy and cooked, about 10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain; keep warm. Baked chicken wings: Cut each chicken wing through joints, leaving three pieces; discard the tip portion. In a plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients. Add wing pieces and seal the bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours, turning bag occasionally to keep all wings coated. Drain chicken wings and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, turning once during cooking, until chicken wings are well browned and done. Makes 36 chicken wing pieces In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in hot sauce and vinegar. Pour over wings and toss to coat wings thoroughly. Serve Buffalo wings with the Blue Cheese Dip. Blue Cheese Dip 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese salt and pepper Blue Cheese Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbs. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. finely minced garlic 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbs. lemon juice 1 tbs. white vinegar 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese salt, pepper, cayenne to taste Combine and chill for an hour or longer. - I make em really easy...I buy the bag of wing sections, and pour them in a baking dish, frozen or thawed. Top them with melted butter, season to your liking, and bake until done. Pour enough red devil on top to coat, broil for 5 - 10 minutes turning frequently...YUMMO!
