Heat the oils in a wok over high heat. Toss the cubed chicken breast in a bowl with the cornstarch to coat. 2. Add the chicken and minced garlic to the wok and stir-fry until the chicken is lightly browned. Add the remaining ingredients except the scallions. Cover and cook for three minutes. 4. Add the scallions. Cover and cook for two more minutes. Serve with hot, cooked rice or fried rice.
- You know what I love to do? Grill some chicken breasts marinated in italian dressing, then sprinkle some mozz. cheese on top and stick (with toothpicks) some tomatoes on top (i prefer roma for this) then stick it in the oven for a few minutes to let the cheese melt, and enjoy!

Saute all ingredients except soy sauce over high heat. Stir fry for 13 minutes and lower heat to medium and cook until chicken is cooked through - about 10 minutes. Toss with soy sauce.
