how long do chicken quail and duck and turkey eggs have to set in incubator before hatching?

I don't want to leave them in there to long if they are junk eggs. SO how long does it take for chicken quail turkey ducks geese guineas to hatch Ok I read online 2 weeks so see some stuff online is bull lol. Some are not they have been in there for 7 days 8 days tomorrow i should be able to tell if they are good or not now right.

1. I used to live on a farm where we raised chickens. Chickens are 21 days. I don't know about the others.
