ex. like 1 chicken leg. I eat organic foods and i'm trying to recreate my diet so it can add up to 1500 calories a day or atleast 1400. I eat chicken every day or every second day and i never see any calorie amounts. I buy whole chickens too so i'm not sure how much calories i consume if i eat chicken with a side of veggies. So how much would 1 chicken leg= or 1 chicken breast= On average for dinner i eat a breast and a chicken wing attatched. +veggies(usually romaine lettuce and red bell peppers) I don't like grainy foods, but know i have to add more things to my diet for + calories because i don't want to drop weight anymore. Do you have any sugguestions?
