How many calories do you think I ate today?
Breakfast-Small Side Salad Snack-Apple Lunch-Seafood Norfolk/Medley(Shrimp, crabmeat, butter, little rice) Snack-Orange Dinner-One baked chicken wing, string beans, and smal piece of sausage Drinks:Green Tea, Water Oh yeah there is also scalops in the seafood medley. And it's brown rice pilaf.

- I would say 1500 to 1750
- who eats a salad for breakfast. breakfast is spost to give to energy to take on the day. it should be atleast 600calories. if you eat a light breakfast your more likely to eat more throughout the day. PLUS you dont have enough carbs, eat some bread. toast for breakfast, or cereal would be better than salad. chicken wing are you serious, theres less meat on that than on a carrot. a chicken breast, or leg would be a better option. wings are actually higher in fat becuase they have more skin, beucase they have less surface area.

- Not to bad honestly. People seldom ever stick to suck a good diet, but if you do then youll feel pretty good and possible lose wieght. you look really nice already. my guesstimate is 1500 calories, nutrition packed ones at that too.
