How's my diet??
Ok, I'm 13, 5ft tall and trying to lose about 10 pounds. . .(I weigh 110). Yesterday, I ate non-fat yogart (80 calories) and for lunch I ate watermelon and a peach. For dinner, I went to Outback and ate about 10 pieces of blooming onion, 2 pieces of bread and 4 out of 6 cocoanut shrimp. Today, I ate yogart again for breakfast. For lunch, I ate watermelon and a ham & cheese wrap (334 calories) and 2 chicken wings. How do you think my diet's been the past 2 days? I still don't know what I'm going to eat for dinner tonight though. . . .any ideas for me? lol I meant to say coconut shrimp. . .lol I'm not on a diet. . . what I mean by "diet" is my eating habits. The contents of what I've eaten throughout the day. Also, I never drink soda. only water and occasionally milk. Once more, guys, I'm NOT on a diet. The title should be how are my eating habits, cos I'm just trying to change that. Btw, I'm about to eat a peach! :-) Once more, guys, I'm NOT on a diet. - At your age and weight you do not need to diet just eat a balanced meal. You are fine.

- I think you're doing very well and it's good to have will power. Don't only worry about what you're eating/how much you're eating, but eat healthier, which it seems as if you are doing. You don't need to lose weight by what you've told us, but I think that you're doing a very good job. Remember to get exercise, too. It will help bunches (:

- Its good, lay of the bread it is very fattening. Try to eat a small dinner, and bigger breakfast and lunch. Also you are young, Don't worry about your weight, concentrate on school.
- at 13 you need more fiber and vitamins than that as your body is growing still. Tonight? Grilled chicken breast spinach salad w/ croutons and a light dressing lemon ice water
- well u dont really need to loose weight but i think instead of dieting maybe just watch what you eat. You seem to be eating healthy besides the outbacks, but if u add some excercise to your daily routine that should get rid of the 10 lbs
- thats bad, starving yourself all day by only eating that much - then eating a lot at night will make you gain weight. your biggest meal should be breakfast, and your smallest should be dinner. you need to research nutrion big time, its not all about calories....if you keep this up you will completely ruin your metabolism and gain even more weight, i swear. you're too youung to diet.....Trust me you will regret it.
- not well, coconut shrimp has a ton of calories same with chicken wings.. also you tend to not eat much until dinner -- which is probably slowing down your metabolism throughout the day
- your diets going great. don't be so hard on yourself 110 pounds is very good already for a 13 year old. try having more exercise and if you're really hungry, just eat. it won't harm eating to make yourself at least last for a bit. don't eat too little. you might fant.. hope these tips helps!
- Your too young to be going on a diet, you could ruin your growing process. Your still young, you should enjoy eating everything while it last, I'm 19 and on a diet, sadly all these years I spend eating junk food scrwed me up, well not that bad, I've lost 17lbs already and now weight 162lbs, but never the less 13 is TOO young to even consider going on a diet. You should talk to a doctor.
- id lay off the wings and coconut shrimp but if you have them rarely you should be fine maybe try a salad or maybe bake some chicken, stay away from fried foods, and maybe run around your neighorhood, and you should Google what you want for dinner. hope that helps=]
- Well I work at outback steakhouse. That Bloomin Onion contains 2000 calories. The coconut shrimp is fried which is not something you should eat when trying to lose weight. Think grilled food with no butter.
- if you want to loose 10 pounds you should exercise too. first of all, you should eat breakfast and lunch and not eat dinner. If you don't eat dinner your stomach is going to shrink, so you'll be eating less portions soon. It worked very good for me, I lost 35lbs with this diet and exercising. Good luck with your diet.
- First off, you aren't eating breakfast. That is THE most important meal of the day. It kick starts your metabolism for the day. I don't see much protein in there either. All the carbs you ate at dinner will be with you for the night. - Why are you on a diet anyway? 110 pounds is not that heavy! Well, I guess it's a pretty good diet (needs more veggies though).
- well your i would probably not eat yogart everyday!! and chicken wings arent sio good for you but you can get away with eating them like every once in a while!!lol!! i would say that you should eat more veggies and salads but your good on the fruit drink lots of water to and exersie reguarly but honestly you dont need to lose wight you are acctually at the normal!! well good luck!!
