How do you cook chicken wings on a grill?
I bought some wings and I REALLY REALLY don't want to fry them. I have a grill and would love to try and make them on it, but I'm afraid of burning the outside and leaving a cold pink center. Any tips?

- Soak them in salt water (brine) in the fridge (should be done with any chicken or pork). Then don't put them on a fresh red hot fire. Let the fire burn down a little past its peak. Then toss em on there. Put the cover on and only take it off to let the coals start glowing good. Take the cover off once the cooking is slow and gentle. Turn regularly. Put sauce on only before the last turn or two. Mmmm.... so yummy. J
- In order to cook wings, you'll need to do it on a lower temperature on the grill. Wings cook really fast and to prevent burning, I would cook it in indirect heat. If you plan on putting any kind of sauce on it like bbq sauce, don't do that until the end to prevent burning too. They can also dry out, so I would put them in a brine before grilling them.
