I really want ducks, I live in Jacksonville, Florida.?

I need a good place to buy duck eggs, food, a brooder, an incubator, and possibly coop designs. Anyone sell these things for cheap, or know where to? I also am having trouble deciding which kind. You can't get mallards. Please help! And I need to convince my parents to let me have them. I figure if I can earn the money, I can convince them. Any ways to earn money, and how much? Please! Any ideas? I only want at the most six. Thank you again so much! I need this!
