  2. Get a couple cans of condensed mushroom soup. Preheat oven to 350 to 375. Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish and pour the condensed soup over and around the chicken...do NOT add milk or water! If you wish you can add spices. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes...depending on size of breasts (chicken's not yours). LOL I usually serve along with mashed 'taters and a veggie. Enjoy!
  3. Try wrapping chicken breasts in pieces of prosciutto or Parma ham, put in a baking dish, drizzle with some olive oil and season with cracked pepper. Bake at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for 30 minutes, then slice diagonally and serve with green herb salad. === Lightly fry 4 chicken breasts in olive oil and add a sliced onion, a crushed clove of garlic, chopped red pepper and courgette, and fry briefly. Add some torn or dried basil and a tin of chopped tomatoes, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for a further 5 minutes before serving with rice. =)
  4. let the chicken set in some catalena dressing with a little italian dressing but its fine without the italian. Then grill it and add some of sause when it gets dry. its great.
  5. The thing i do with most chicken breast is easy, affordable and super healthy. Use whatever finely sliced vegetable you have at hand, wrap them up in a parcel with the chicken in some aluminum foil with olive oil and garlic and roast in the oven for about 35 - 40 minutes at 200 degrees, its amazing the flavors the vegetables and the chicken give to each other with this technique. Some of the veg i use are onions, peppers, mushrooms and carrots. Hope you enjoy!!
  6. Try Two Mustard Chicken 4 chicken breasts pounded thin 1/2 cup dijon mustard (I recommend grey poupon) 1/4 cup course grained mustard (grey poupon) 1/4 cup honey Mix mustards and honey. Put some in bottom of an 8x11 baking dish. Lay chicken over it. Pour the rest of sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
  7. The easiest thing to do is to marinate your chicken breasts in bottled Italian salad dressing for at least a 1/2 hour and either grill or broil. I like to do this, then slice and serve with nice leafy greens as an entree salad. Some bread sticks or garlic bread on the side, and you have a complete meal. If you want different flavors - Asian for example - experiment with other dressings.
  8. Caesar Chicken: 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup; 1/4 c Milk; 1/2 tsp Curry; 2-3 cloves Garlic, grated; 1-2 Gr. Onion, sliced; pinch Cayenne; Salt & Pepper to taste; 3 heaping Tbs Caesar Salad Dressing( I use Renee's); 2 c cubed, cooked Chicken. Place all ingredients in saucepan and heat thru. Serve sprinkled with fresh Lemon juice. Great with Rice and Minted Peas. Happy Eating!
  9. my favorite thing to do with chicken breasts is cut them up into small pieces and cook in a pan with some oil and seasoning, then add to pasta with your favorite sauce (alfredo is awesome, vodka sauce or garlic butter are also great) and some veggies if you want. fajitas & chicken stir fry are also easy to do. and if you don't already know about allrecipes.com, you should definitely check it out - it has tons of user-reviewed recipes. hope this helps!
