Can anyone please tell me how to make chicken wings with a more chicken nugget type coating? Not flour! Thanks
I keep finding recipes that are made of mostly a flour batter. I tasted wonderful chicken wings before which had a more bread crumb-like texture. they were fried and yummy.

- Just dip yoru wings into milk/egg mixture, then coat your wings w/ seasoned bread crumbs and deep fry.
- Progresso makes a fine Italian bread crumb that is wonderful on chicken. Put a cup or so into a large gallon baggy and add about a 1/4 c melted butter. Add chicken to bag and shake until coated. Bake on a cookie sheet about 20-30 min or until done. You can spice this up with a dash of cayenne pepper added to the bread crumb mixture.
- you should buy breadcrumbs from a shop and they come in like a tube and get sme egg our it over the chicken and then pour the breadcrumbs on top it will stick like glitter and glue
- Crunched up corn-flakes are the best--add 1/2t salt per cup of crumbs. Soak the chicken in milk first. It draws the blood out and the crumbs will stick to it better. Buttermilk is even better. Put the crumbs in a plastic bag and shake the wings in it. Let them sit for two or three minutes before frying them or just bake them.
