Girls are distracting me from my college work?

I was in the college library today and so many hot chicks were walking past in skimpy outfits and I could not stop looking at everyone of them.I have an essay to do and this was severely distracting me as I could not get these girls and sex of my mind. This ain't a normal problem I swear it just started happening over the last few days. Every girl that goes past me I cannot help to turn and look. I try to stop and look straight ahead but I just turn to look.I'm a 21 year old guy can someone please tell me what the fucks happening. Its like I'm possesed. I had to leave the library early despite having tons of work to do. It was just crazy.
