How do cabinet incubators work?

what are all the parts in a cabinet incubator and what do they do? Can you please tell me the parts and how they work. I am trying to build my own. Thanks

1. I have a cabinet incubator. I use it to hatch turkey eggs, but it will do other things too. It has a door,plastic trays for the eggs, automatic turner,dials for humidity and temperature. (The temp was preset at the factory) The heat wafer,the heater,the water tray and a bottom or hatching tray.
