Good Spicy Chicken Wings?

I was looking for a good way to make spicy chicken wings. Any help would be great! ~Nick~

  2. Good Spicy ChickeHOT CHICKEN WINGS 1 bottle Franks red hot sauce 5 lb. chicken wings 1 stick butter 1/2 c. brown sugar Melt butter, brown sugar and 3 tablespoon hot sauce in oven on 250 degrees. Fry chicken until done (10 to 15 minutes per batch). Add wings to sauce in oven stir and add more hot sauce. Repeat frying remaining wing, stir, add more hot sauce. This is delicious; oil for deep frying 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup hot sauce 1 dash ground black pepper 1 dash garlic powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 10 chicken wings Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving. In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes. Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve. Hooter's Hot Wings Recipe Ready in: 30-60 minutes Difficulty: 3 Serves/Makes: 8 Ingredients: 4 1/2 pounds Chicken Wings (separated at joints) 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup All Purpose Flour 2 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon Paprika 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Hooters Hot Wing Sauce Directions: In large mixing bowl mix flours, salt, paprika and cayenne pepper together, blend well. Cut chicken wings into drumettes and flappers. Wash and drain chicken. Coat chicken in flour mixture, refrigerate chicken wings for 90 minutes. When ready to deep fry chicken wings heat oil to 375. This recipe for Hooter's Hot Wings serves/makes 8 Applebee's Chicken Wings 3-6 servings 40 min 10 min prep 3 dozen chicken wings (1st and 2nd wing pieces) 12 fluid ounces louisiana hot sauce 6 tablespoons unsalted butter 3 tablespoons white vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 tablespoons flour Bake or deep-fry the wings until they are done. Mix all the sauce ingredients except flour in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat. When warm, add flour to thicken sauce; stir frequently. When sauce is thick, cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with sauce. Mix the rest of the sauce with wings and place in baking dish. Bake at 300°F for about 20 minutes or until warm. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. These are great reheated, but be warned that they get hotter each time!
  5. SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 12 chicken wings 1 (5 oz.) bottle Tabasco sauce 1 (12 oz.) bottle of beer 1 (18 oz.) bottle of hot spicy barbecue sauce Preheat broiler. Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Cut apart at joints, discard tips. Combine with Tabasco sauce and beer in large sauce pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Mix barbecue sauce with enough water in bowl to dilute to desired consistency. Dip chicken wings in barbecue sauce. Place on baking sheet. Broil for 5 minutes, turn chicken wings over. Broil for 5 minutes longer. Makes 12 servings. OR SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 1 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 3/4 c. soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. parsley 2 tbsp. dry mustard 2 garlic cloves 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. pepper 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 4 pkgs. sm. chicken wings Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken wings. Marinate overnight. Grill over hot coals (a fish basket works great) for 10 to 12 minutes turning once OR SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 1 lg. can Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. oregano 4 tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 stick butter 4-5 lbs. chicken wings Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Melt butter in small pan. Cut up chicken wings. Discard tips. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Dunk chicken wings in butter and roll in cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve warm OR SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 2 c. lemon juice 2 med. bottles Italian dressing 1 to 2 bottles of Louisiana Hot Sauce As many chicken wings as you wish Mix lemon juice, dressing and hot sauce together. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain well. Place wings in a container with liquid mixture and let it sit until the next batch of chicken is ready. When ready to place second batch of chicken in liquid, remove existing chicken sitting in liquid to a baking dish. Bake these marinated chicken wings at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. You are ready for a tasty treat that you will not believe. The extra sauce is great poured over your chicken or served as a dip JM
