Ok so, i got this buffalo chicken wing sauce thats 30 cals for 2 tablespoons. I was thinking cuz i make chicken every night for me for dinner(chicken breast), I wont be eating this sauce every nite! That i could cut it up in chunks and mix the peice of chicken i got in 1 or 2 tbls of the sauce. Make like a sandwich for me, 100 cal 100% whole wheat bun, lettuce chicken(with the lil bit of sauce) I dont eat sauce on anything at all, i dont eat ranch either. But id like to try this diff thing. With veggies(carrots and broccolli steamed.) Would this ruin my diet? i watch what i eat all day and watch my calories beecuse im trying to lose 10 more lbs. I exercise on my elliptical machine morning and night. Would this be ok? i need to change my dinners up, i always have the same thing i eat din at 5 and dont eat later that night unless its a fruit. im 18. measureing spoons and cups are my friends! i always use them!
