What do you call a vegetarian who does not eat red meat of any kind, but eats poultry?

I have always thought that there was a type of vegetarian that ate poultry, but not red meat.

1. that's called a person who doesn't eat red meat. not a vegetarian. a vegetarian doesn't eat animals..and chickens are animals..so if you eat chicken you're not a vegetarian.

5. The term for it is "pollotarian" but it's not a form of vegetarianism. Vegetarians eat no meat whatsoever (including fish and fowl/poultry).

7. Pollotarian is what you call a vegetarian that eats chicken. I believe a Lacto Ovo vegetarian is a vegetarian that includes dairy in their diet. Pescetarians a vegetarian that eats fish.
