Can you grill stuffed chicken breasts?

I want to grill the chicken, but will the cheese melt properly and will the asparagus cook completely? Or should I grill them just long enough to get the grill marks then put it in the oven ? I bought them pre stuffed from the butcher.

1. yes. it can be grilled. it comes out delicious.
2. YES! I hammer them flat, about 3/4 inch thick. roll up some asparagus, diced onion or chives, a LITTLE fresh rose mary, pin them shut with some of those terriaki scewers, throw on the grill and brush with a little soy sauce while cooking. After it's done, top with a big slice of pepper jack cheese and let it get melty. YUM!
3. oh yeah baby, and it's delicious!! Although with asparagus you may want to roast it in the oven @ 425 for just a couple of minutes and then stuff it into the check. Just because chicken doesn't take very long! Sounds yummy!
