how do you make a chicken egg incubator?

i want to start incubating eggs and i was wondering how to make a SIMPLE incubator.

3. I was always under the impression that a covered container to hold the eggs and low wattage light bulbs could be used. I'd also pose this question on Askjeeves. (justaskjeeves)
4. Some hay or straw and a low watt bulb
5. Use a heating pad. keep it on low, and turn the egg(s) once every morning and once every night. Do not help them hatch, they need to do it by themselves
