What is the difference between buffalo wings & chicken wings?

1. buffalo wings are chicken wings with buffalo hot sauce on them.

Chicken wings can have ANY sauce, breading, flavors, cooking method etc. Buffalo wings are deep fried, unbreaded and coated with a hot sauce made of Franks Hot sauce and butter and served with celery and carrot sticks and creamy blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping. They originated in a bar in Buffalo, NY.

5. Buffalo wings originated in Buffalo New York made with Franks Red Hot Sauce and deep fried at 350 degrees today they are tossed with various sauces mild,medium,hot,bbq,jamaican,honey mustard,ect.I'm eating some today while I see the Super Bowl!!!
