Please tell me the proper procedure for building up a poultry farm?

I want to build a poultry farm for 10,000 chicks in my farm situated in Andhra Pradesh. So kindly tell me the info regarding it and it would be a great help if you give me a proper building plan too!!!

1. You dont the work there is in keep that many chicks First off you have got to have a big building for them.You had better check all there is to this.My aunt had 20000. Lots of work,
