How do you cook a chicken breast on the George Foreman grill?
How many minutes, and what degrees should I set it on? In my George Foreman grill, you can adjust the temperature. Can anybody tell me what degrees I should set it on for thin boneless chicken breast?

- CHICKEN BREASTS Use only boneless products. Chicken breasts can be cooked as is, or pounded for quicker cooking time. Grill until thoroughly done, about 4 - 6 minutes.
- George Foreman's don't have 'degrees'...at least mine doesn't. You plug it in, wait til light on cover goes out. Place chicken (or whatever0 on grill, and close the grill. Depending on the thickness of the piece of chicken cook from 3-5 minutes or until juices run clear when stuck with a fork. You can also use a meat thermometer and the the temp should be 160 or more.
- Medium to medium high heat. Season with your favorite seasoning, I like to use garlic powder, pepper, salt and chile powder. Depending on how thick the chicken is it should take between 5 - 7 minutes.
- very carefully
